We will be in touch with you soon to confirm your team’s spot. You should also receive a payment receipt shortly to the email address you entered. Please retain this receipt for your records.

All teams must fill out a roster/waiver form and submit it to the office by the first game. (You can add new players to it throughout the season by stopping by the office.)
